Wheat Reception and Storage
Every wheat batch arriving at our mill undergoes testing for protein ratio, hectoliter weight, moisture content, sunn pest damage, and foreign matter analysis. Only wheat meeting our quality criteria is accepted for processing.
Modern Milling Technology
Bayramoğlu Flour mill is equipped with Swiss-made Bühler roller mills. The fully automated pneumatic system enables computer-controlled milling without human intervention.
Laboratory and Analysis
Regular samples are analyzed in our state-of-the-art laboratory for farinograph and extensograph tests, falling number, sedimentation value, wet and dry gluten content, color analysis, and microbiological testing.
